Items that do not fall under the Schellinger Brothers Warranty Program or items that are deemed to be general homeowners maintenance responsibility may incur a $75 dollar an hour rate for service work. Schellinger Brothers representatives and our approved subcontractors are responsible for correcting defects in their original work. Schellinger Brothers will not be responsible for expenses or damage incurred for work done by others.

Subcontractors handling requests are scheduled between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm Monday through Friday. We make every effort to coordinate a schedule that is best for you.
