Our history

Over 35 years ago, Schellinger Brothers was founded on a passion to build and an idea that with hard work great things could be accomplished. From the time Bill and Frank Schellinger poured the foundation on their first home, the company has added some of the finest talent in neighborhood planning, design, construction and customer services. Although we have since grown from our roots, becoming craftsmen, tradesmen, contractors and developers, the founders are still personally involved with the creation of every home, building and community that we develop – the result is honest and well-built environments of character and purpose. From where we have been to where we are going, Schellinger Brothers shall always continue the legacy of building great places of enduring value.
